Specific Product - Q & A
:: Fax to Email
:: I can't view the fax that's been
emailed to me?
The faxes sent by our fax to email service
are sent in a TIFF or PDF format and are easily readable
on standard email packages. If you are using
webmail to read your faxes, you will need to
open them via Imaging for Windows (a standard
application provided with Windows).
Please note that viewing these faxes within
a graphics editing package such as Photoshop
or Paint Shop Pro may eliminate some of the
fax pages.
Click here for information on viewing TIFF files on a MAC.
Voice to Email
How do I change my personalised greeting?
Call the assigned voice-to-email telephone number which has been set up for you and as soon as you hear the recorded greeting, press the * key on your telephone key pad. You will then be prompted for your PIN followed by the option to record, preview and deploy a new greeting for your voice-to-email solution.
