Netkonect's voice-to-email solution provides a valuable service for home users who do not have an answerphone or businesses who want to better manage their telephone traffic.

 

Voice-to-email allows users to set up their own virtual answerphone which will record any messages they receive and email them as an attachment to a chosen email address. Users can then listen to their messages via a computer or laptop – wherever they are.

 

The system can also be used by businesses to support a particular team or department. Callers can telephone in and leave their message on the virtual answerphone day or night. The team can then listen to the queries and respond with the correct information.

 

Our easy-to-use online management system will allow users to change the email address the messages are sent to at any time and a new welcome message can be recorded at any time by calling the system.
